$350.00 hourly rate for coaching and consultation with two-hour minimum. Speaking fees are on a per-event basis. $1500.00 for a half-day workshop/training (3-4 hour) $3000.00 for a full-day workshop/training (6-8 hours) $5000.00 for 1.5 day retreat $7500.00 for 2.5 day retreat Travel and Lodging expenses additional $10.00 for each participant workbook Travel and Lodging expenses additional $800.00 flat fee for overnight travel in addition to travel and lodging expenses. This is an individual or small group meeting with the goal of developing a strategy to improve program, organization, and/or community connectedness. Program development and evaluation are tied to a collaborative process. This effort includes trauma informed practices, systemic change through strategic paradigm shifting and norm setting as well as setting vision and mission for community influencers. $350.00 per hour (two hour minimum) or as per contract.
