Costs 2023

Organizational Development
$300.00 hourly rate for coaching, consultation, and speaking with two hour minimum
$1200.00 for a half day workshop/training (3-4 hour)
$2000.00 for a full day workshop/training (6-8 hours)
$3500.00 for 1.5 day retreat
$5000.00 for 2.5 day retreat
Travel and Lodging expenses additional
$9.00 for each participant workbook (PDFs available for self printing)
Travel and Lodging expenses additional
$500.00 flat fee for overnight travel in addition to travel and lodging expenses.

Connected Community
$1400.00 for a half day (3-4 hour) workshop with one follow up meeting and three phone or video consultations.
$3500.00 for Friday night/Saturday retreat
$5000.00 for Friday night - Sunday afternoon retreat
Travel and Lodging expenses additional
$500.00 flat fee for overnight travel in addition to travel and lodging expenses.

Consulting
This endeavor is a small or large group meeting based process with the goal of developing a strategy to improve program, organization, and/or community connectedness. Program development and evaluation are tied to a collaborative process. This effort includes trauma informed practices, systemic change through strategic paradigm shifting and norm setting as well as setting vision and mission for community influencers.
$300.00 per hour (two hour minimum) or as per contract.
Travel and lodging expenses additional.

Enneagram Coaching
Typing Interviews to help you identify your own research focus in determining your dominant Enneagram type are $150.00 per hour and can be over zoom or in person (if local to Vancouver area). Additional coaching for the Enneagram can also be schedule here.
