- Generative - What we create, cultivate, build, and/or go to battle for demonstrates, tests, and refines our co-individuality while we participate in our individual and system growth.
- Group - When to or more connect, they form the structure of belonging
- Individual - Each of us is a unique character with an irreplaceable identity who belongs in the larger story.
- Collaborative - A mutual exchange of valued inputs and necessary inputs
- System - Our community is embedded in and dependent on a larger system that also depends on us.

Connect ED's mission is to educate, encourage, and connect individuals, teams, organizations, and communities who want to play a productive role in their network. We believe in a shared narrative in which every one of us is a character with an important role to play. All of us are storytellers. When we learn how to share our stories in ways that contribute to belonging, our teams, organizations, and communities are healthier, more equitable, and more able to grow. Connect ED is a regional organization operating in the realm of community psychology, that offers coaching, training, program development, and evaluation focused on dynamic response, upstream prevention, and promotion of mental, emotional, and behavioral health in individuals, small groups, teams, organizations, communities, and policies. In person and online, Connect ED interactions are collaborative, participatory, and empowering for stakeholders with a strong emphasis on empirical evidence in solution making. Informed by a myriad of intersecting sciences including neuroscience, epigenetics, ACEs, resilience, positive psychology, social network theory, complexity, self-organizing systems, and non-duality science, Connect ED guides the collaborative efforts of diverse participants in discovering a generative, shared story that contains and strengthens their true, interdependent identities.
